LPV specialises in high quality whole leaf Chinese tea at an affordable price, while supporting local Chinese farmers. This ethical company manages the whole process, from sourcing and quality checking, to packing and shipping directly from China to the UK in small batches, to ensure quality control.
_THE CHALLENGE
To launch LPV´s LuLin Teas brand in the UK and stand out among other tea suppliers by emphasising the high quality of the company´s loose leaf tea.
_CAMPAIGN
By tailoring our messages about LuLin Teas to the audience, we secured coverage in a wide spread of consumer and trade media. This included a slot on the Alan Titchmarsh show and pieces in the Sun, the Daily Telegraph, the Sunday Express and the People. We also secured coverage on Yahoo India, in several international titles, including a Belgian national paper and Russian media, and in trade titles The Grocer, Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Cost Sector Catering, FoodBev.com, Eat Out, Talking Retail and Independent Retail magazine.

LPV chose Go Publicity following a competitive pitch because of our creative ideas and combination of consumer and trade PR experience. We´re used to handling media relations, securing interview opportunities, producing social media content, and providing support for leading trade and consumer exhibitions for food and drink clients.
_OUR STRATEGY
Our PR campaign focused on promoting the LuLin Teas brand and positioning the people behind LuLin Teas as experts in everything to do with tea. We tailored our messages and press releases for each sector and approached national and regional consumer media as well as trade press for the independent retail and hotel and catering industries.
_OUTCOME
LPV International was so pleased with our work on the LuLin Teas brand launch it retained us to work for the company on an ongoing basis. We´ve recently launched Tea Cubed, the world´s first cubed teabag; as well as three new teas to the UK market and a range of Tea Collections.
